Welcome to my Integrative Coaching practice!
As a woman who has struggled with chronic pain from endometriosis for more than a decade before getting a diagnosis, I know what is like to walk through life with the feeling of missing out. We miss who we were, what we could do.

And all of this is valid. What if we can still thrive with what we have?

I am an intuitive Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a PhD in Molecular Medicine. Through my own health journey, I have spent years educating myself on endometriosis, and recently became professionally certified as an Endometriosis Coach.
Together, we co-create a healing partnership and safe space where you can reconnect to your inner strengths and get back into the driver seat of your health journey. I bring my deep scientific training, certified knowledge in Lifestyle Medicine and lived experience of chronic pain.

TENDER YOGA
Yoga is a wonderful healing modality and I am going to share what I learnt and tried on my own healing journey. We will attend in a tender and patient manner to our pelvis, releasing the fascia and opening spaces that often are constricted not only by endometriosis as a disease but also a response to stress and pain. It is going to be a practice of tenderness and listening.
